Sekany is the **Founder of TPC Baseball & Softball (The Pitching Center)** in Livermore, California.

TPC was built around a comprehensive approach to long-term athlete development, integrating individualized coaching with pitching and throwing development, hitting, strength and athletic development, performance technology, objective measurement, and structured programming.

Through TPC, Sekany has worked within a training environment serving athletes across the developmental spectrum, from youth and high school players through collegiate and professional baseball.

His approach emphasizes giving athletes a clearly defined development plan, measurable feedback, and access to the resources necessary to improve. Modern technology and performance data are integrated with direct coaching rather than used as a substitute for the coach-athlete relationship.

His leadership extends beyond coaching into **program and curriculum development, coach and trainer development, technology integration, facility development, athlete evaluation, organizational strategy, and the creation of systems designed to provide athletes with a comprehensive development environment.**

TPC’s development model brings together coaching, technology, training infrastructure, performance measurement, physical development, and individualized programming with the goal of providing athletes the resources they need throughout their development.

## USA Baseball National Team Identification Series — Northwest Regional Director | 2013–Present

Sekany has served as the **USA Baseball National Team Identification Series (NTIS) Northwest Regional Director since 2013**, leading USA Baseball’s player identification and regional programming throughout the Northwest.

As Regional Director, Sekany oversees the identification and evaluation process designed to provide athletes throughout the region with opportunities to advance through the USA Baseball development pathway and compete for selection to National Team programming.

His leadership responsibilities encompass **regional player identification, athlete evaluation, event and program development, selection processes, coaching staff leadership, organizational planning, and coordination with USA Baseball’s national player-development pipeline.**

Combined with his National Team coaching experience, the position has allowed Sekany to work across multiple stages of the USA Baseball pathway — from identifying and evaluating emerging players at the regional level to coaching elite athletes representing the United States in international competition.
