Congratulations on your advancement to Level 2. Upon submission of this form you will be eligible to attend L2 classes in the skill or skills that you have been promoted in (hitting and/or pitching). As a condition of your L2 advancement, you must agree to continue with your membership for a minimum of 3 consecutive months from the date of execution of this addendum. Also, any gap or termination of membership for more than 90 days will result in loss of L2 status.
